Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Products All products available on vreel.xyz are digital software downloads. Unlike physical goods, digital assets can be duplicated and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. By purchasing our software, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content delivery has begun (e.g., license key issued or download link accessed).

2. “Try Before You Buy” Policy We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. To ensure our software meets your needs and is compatible with your hardware/operating system, we provide:

  • Free versions or trial periods for most of our tools.
  • Detailed technical specifications and “Minimum System Requirements” on each product page. We strongly recommend testing the software before purchasing a PRO license.

3. Conditions for a Refund Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. You may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • Technical Defect: The software is proven to be non-functional or contains a critical bug that prevents its primary use.
  • Support Attempt: You have contacted our support team at support@vreel.xyz, provided logs/screenshots of the error, and we were unable to resolve the issue within 14 days of your report.
  • Double Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same license twice.

4. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You no longer need the software.
  • You found another tool you like better.
  • Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements clearly stated on our website.
  • You refuse to provide our support team with the necessary information to troubleshoot the technical issue.
  • The software was purchased with a significant discount or during a “Final Sale” event.

5. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please email support@vreel.xyz with the following information:

  1. Your Order ID.
  2. The email address used for the purchase.
  3. A detailed description of the reason for the refund (including screenshots if it is a technical issue).

6. Processing Refunds Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Stripe, Plisio or PayPal). Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
